Private Party Options
We understand that no two parties are the same, so we are happy to work with your ideas. Here are a few options to get you started thinking about your specific party plans.
#1 - You choose a single meal from our menu, and we serve all of your guests the same meal.
#2 - We print an abbreviated menu with a couple of choices for your guests. For faster service, you can ask your guests to make their choice in advance, and we can have the food ready, or close to ready, prior to your guests arriving. Again, for this option, we serve your guests.
#3 - Guests serve themselves from a buffet of finger foods and beverages.
#4 - High tea. We usually serve mini quiches, chicken salad and cucumber finger sandwiches, scones with cream, fruit skewers, pecan tassies, and brownie bites on a 3-tier server, along with a pot of tea. This option, as is, runs $15.95 per person. We can tailor this option to your tastes and budget.
Our regular menu is posted here on our website. Our menu will give you an idea about the types of food we serve, and our pricing. We are happy to work with you to come up with a menu that meets your needs.
We require a $100 minimum food/beverage purchase for a private party on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings, and a $200 minimum food/beverage purchase for a Friday or Saturday evening event. Private parties can begin as early as 5:30pm. A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date, with the balance due the day of your event. There is no facility charge unless your event lasts longer than 3 hours. The charge beyond 3 hours is $60 an hour (i.e. $1 per minute).
Our facility will seat 38 people using all three rooms. We have had 40, but that is a tight fit. The most we have been able to fit in our largest room is 18.
